Built on experience.
Driven by architecture.
We build the ordering infrastructure underneath modern restaurants — the layer that keeps kiosks, apps, delivery platforms and the POS speaking one language.
From service provider to infrastructure
OTS was founded by industry veterans who had already delivered some of the region’s most complex POS implementations. Supporting more than a thousand restaurants taught us exactly where the ordering stack breaks.
In 2025 we stopped patching the symptoms and built the layer that fixes them. KUFU is the architecture we always wished our clients had — and it is now the centre of everything we do.

Chaos in. Clarity out.
Every new channel a brand adds is another integration, another data format, another place an order can go missing. The fix is not more connectors — it is one layer everything speaks through.
One omnichannel architecture across fragmented systems, instead of point-to-point integrations that multiply with every partner.
Menus, modifiers, taxes and totals normalized into one shape, so reporting finally reconciles across every channel.
Precision routing to the right POS, the right prep station and the right partner — every order, every time.
What your team actually touches
The architecture is invisible. These are not.
Every kiosk carries the operator’s own brand — colour, type and logo — on identical, tested components.
1× Onion Rings
Items synced from the POS refresh automatically unless you’ve edited them here.
One menu, synced from the POS, overridden where you need it, published to every channel at once.
What we deliver
Every engagement starts with an implementation project, so the architecture holds under real volume.
The complete kiosk: floor-standing or counter-mounted units, printers, scanners and payment devices, running our self-ordering software in your brand’s colours and languages. We supply, install and maintain the estate, and manage menus, prices and content remotely across every unit from one place.

The unified integration layer. Kiosk, web, QR, fleet, delivery marketplaces, brand app and AI bots on a single normalized data stream.
Take the order and the payment at the table on one device. Soft payment turns the handheld itself into the terminal — contactless cards and wallets tapped straight to the phone, no separate PDQ to carry, charge or reconcile. Orders fire to the kitchen the moment they are keyed, and every transaction lands in the same normalized stream as the rest of your channels.

Microservices for handheld ordering, payments, fiscal compliance, loyalty and reporting — added a module at a time.
Expert implementation of the full stack, including certified NCR Voyix (Aloha) and Orderman setup, plus third-party integration normalization.
One layer, many connections
